The room was very nice and breakfast was good. The night shift gentleman we dealt with on Friday 1/23/2026, the one with the championship from Robert Morris, was fantastic, easily six stars. He was funny, sharp, charismatic, and a pleasure to talk and do business with. At checkout, the morning staff member, whose name I didn’t catch, seemed cold. We had misplaced something important while leaving and called on the way back to ask if anyone had seen it or could keep an eye out. She sounded bothered. When we returned, we found it outside near the door, fortunately untouched and undamaged. It would have helped if she’d been more welcoming, or even said she’d check outside. I’d still stay again. Keep it up, good sir.

Christy at the front desk was a godsend when my wife was very sick. She went out of her way to help us, and the desk staff were some of the kindest people I’ve met in all my travels. The hotel is just off the tollway, with gas stations, coffee shops, eateries, and several fast-food places nearby for a quick bite. It’s an easy stop between the East Coast and the Midwest. Our room had soft sheets, plump pillows, comfortable beds, and several WiFi routers. The staff can also make nearly anything to order. This is an easy place to rest when traveling across the country.

The beds were really comfortable, and the location is handy, with Starbucks out front, Target next door, McDonald's, KFC, and a fuel station close by. The staff were kind and helpful, and the makeup remover wipes were a nice extra. One thing I missed was body wash and hand soap in the bathroom, which most places I stay provide. Since I fly in and stay in Hilton hotels weekly, that’s an inconvenience for me.

Judy went above and beyond to get our 9 year old grandson’s baby blanket back to him. It’s old and pretty worn, but means a lot to him. We had a great stay overall, with a clean room and really friendly staff.

The beds weren’t properly made, the shower shampoo dispenser was empty, and there was debris, including bits of toilet paper, left on the bathroom floor after the room was cleaned for our arrival. The room phone also had such a poor connection to the front desk that we had to walk down or call from a personal phone. Staff training, supervision, and maintenance routines need improvement.
