Towneplace Suites Pittsburgh Harmarville

The patio barbecue area really impressed me. You can get utensils from reception, and with the fire pit it's a lovely place to spend time with friends. There are also a few nice restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. I had a fantastic stay and would gladly return next time I'm in the area. I stayed four nights, but the suite felt like a cosy home away from home, and I could have stayed much longer. My top-floor room had great views of the nearby hills, plenty of space and storage, and all the kitchenette equipment you'd need, including a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and proper knives. The bed was comfortable, with sockets and good lighting beside it. There was a large TV, a cosy armchair, and a big dining table with four chairs. The air-conditioning worked well but was a little loud. Wifi was fast and steady, and I didn't hear noise from neighbouring rooms or outside. Housekeeping always respected the do not disturb sign. The bathroom was spacious around the sink, with a large walk-in shower, nice toiletries, and plenty of good towels. There's an indoor pool and laundrette on the ground floor, handy for a longer stay. Staff were brilliant, helpful, and welcoming at all hours. The lobby isn't especially cosy, but it had a social feel even late at night. It was a very homely experience, and I'd recommend it.
