The two front desk employees were lovely. The woman who checked me in wrote my room number down instead of saying it aloud when I asked, since a man was standing beside me. Overnight, the young man helped me twice with buying food from the lobby because my old brain couldn’t figure it out. The room, though, was incredibly disappointing. I’m 70 and have severe spine issues, and with the elevator under renovation I had to take the stairs to my second-floor room. The carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and there were drops of what looked like blood near the tub drain. I’d hoped to bathe because I couldn’t use my own tub for 48 hours after it was reglazed, but there was no way I was sitting in that one. I slept on top of the bed in sweats and socks, which turned dark gray after just three walks to the bathroom. I won’t stay again. If I’d been there more than one night, I’d have insisted on another room. At $135 a night, this level of “Quality” was abysmal.

The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the room. We stayed for 8 days and were very happy with it. Free breakfast and parking were great, and they cleaned the room every day. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Disneyland. Happy and content with our stay!

It was a good price, and the room was clean and had a handy refrigerator. I felt safe there, and Anaheim and Disneyland were a short drive away.

This was our third stay, and by far the worst. We were told on arrival that only inside rooms on the third floor were left, and the elevator wasn’t working. There was no estimate for when it would be fixed. Then we found the coffee packets, stirrers, and sugars already opened in the room. I asked what could be done, but so far nothing.

With my family of five assigned to the third floor and the elevator out of order, things were already difficult. We also asked for extra pillows and blankets, but were told there were no spare pillows and only one extra blanket per room. Not great, to say the least.
