Sierra (spell check) was so kind and went above and beyond as our waitress. I appreciated her a lot. The cafe workers were nice too, and Jared handled the issue I brought to him with grace and empathy. But the cashier in high limit was extremely rude. I actually had to ask her what was wrong with her. She’s the reason I might never set foot in Redhawk again. SMH.

Red Hawk Casino was a lively, high-energy place for a night out, with plenty of different games to choose from. I had a great run: went in with $40, had a blast, and left with $200. It’s consistently busy and has a vibrant atmosphere, so it’s a fun destination if you’re after a rewarding time.

I want to thank Justin, my Casino host, along with Cassie at the Cashiers and Sandra at the Front Desk. They were welcoming, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled. Justin was friendly, professional, and efficient, and made the whole process feel easy. He greeted me with a real smile, and it’s clear he cares about guests and takes pride in his work. My family and I had a wonderful experience at Red Hawk Casino. Service like theirs is what brings me back. Thanks for having such fantastic staff who make a lasting impression. Highly recommend!

The red hawk security team really came through this afternoon. I had a flat tire, and they helped me find a solution and went out of their way to make sure I could get home without issues. They even gave me some "Dad advice." I usually win most here, too, but aside from that, the security staff were great. A friend of mine had a dead battery at Thunder valley some years back, and they just wanted him off the property with little to no help. JS.
