There’s plenty of free parking, and the location is handy, close to the freeway without being too busy. The price was affordable, and breakfast was good enough, though it doesn’t open until 7 on weekends, which is too late for me. The rooms were in bad shape: bathroom doors made a loud metal scraping noise and wouldn’t close, faucets were broken, and toilet towel holders had been patched up. I get that they renovated, but they left the broken ones in while putting in new ones. There’s no room service, and the front desk won’t answer the phone, so don’t bother calling.

The staff were great, and for the price my three-night stay was a good deal. But after I had to change rooms because the TV was broken, I realized I’d left my jacket in the closet. It had my medicine, a book, and a roll of quarters in the pockets. They let me back into the room after it had been cleaned, but the jacket was gone. The front desk said they called the housekeeper and she hadn’t seen it. I have no doubt it was taken, and the roll of quarters must have seemed like a grand prize. If you stay here, don’t leave anything behind. These aren’t the kind of people who return your things.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times and I’m coming back next week. The location works really well for me: it’s near the airport, the shuttle is right by Interstate 70, and it’s easy to get around, with restaurants all around. I use the park and fly feature too. There seem to have been some upgrades since my last visit, which is what I’d suggested before. It’s back to the high standard it had on my first few stays.

We’ve stayed here a few times for Park and Fly and always had a good experience before. This time was fine apart from the shower. At 6 am we found the knob was stuck, and we both had to beat on it to get the water going. Once I finally got in, the shower soap container was empty, so we both had to use shampoo instead. They should be able to do better. There are about 20 other hotels here, so we’ll probably stay somewhere else next time.
