Avid Hotels Plano North

We booked a block of rooms at avid hotel for our wedding weekend, and it worked out wonderfully. It’s very accessible to our venue, which was convenient for our guests. Nidhi was especially helpful and supportive throughout the weekend, and the kind, accommodating staff helped everything go smoothly and without stress. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and our guests had only good things to say. Breakfast was really good, and it was great having fresh coffee and water available around the clock. I’d recommend Avid Hotel for a wedding, an event or any stay where convenience and good service matter.

After a long flight, it was such a relief to arrive somewhere this comfortable. The room was large, tidy and really clean, and the whole hotel smelled lovely, like perfume. Staff were always smiling, kind and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from, and left me feeling satisfied. Ten out of ten. I’d recommend staying for several nights so you can enjoy the town.

I stayed for more than two weeks, so I got to know several people at the front desk. Nadhi and Bana always had a smile ready, and Michelle and Alex brought a quiet, dedicated professionalism I appreciated. Chris stood out too. They all helped make the place welcoming. Beatriz and her staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean, from the rooms to the lobby. Even when kids made enormous messes, they were cleared within minutes. The hotel smelled wonderful the whole time. I’d happily stay here again and again.

On the day I was leaving, the hotel emailed to say I could text when I was heading out and get a receipt by email. As an IHG Rewards member, I checked out through the app instead of bothering the front desk. The night before, I’d received a text after getting to my room asking if everything was okay or if I needed anything. That’s great service. The place was quiet, though the walls are a bit thin and you can hear other people talking. I slept really well. There’s also a 24/7 market with drinks, juices and snacks that you can charge to your room. I chose this hotel for its location and stayed the first night of my vacation. The stay and staff were pleasant, and I’d stay again when I’m in town. Thanks to everyone who made it a good visit.
