SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cottonwood

The prices were very reasonable for the amenities and service, and we’d gladly return. We were in town for a day trip to Sedona and needed two rooms. Both were excellent, and my parents were especially pleased with their room and the overall stay. The team made the biggest impression. Manager Sara and the hotel staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. We’d recommend the place highly.

A kind woman I met on a train suggested this place, and I’m glad I listened. Megan greeted me at SpringHill Suites with a big smile and was so friendly and helpful. Her local tips for food and things to do were all spot on. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from: yogurt, oatmeal and toppings, scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, jalapeño cheese muffins, bagels, blueberry and chocolate muffins, waffles, plus juice, milk, coffee, and tea. It was all fresh and tasty. I had a lovely stay and would come back. Megan’s service was outstanding. It’s unusual to meet someone so helpful and friendly these days.

Megan at the front desk was great, really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Her restaurant and nearby hiking suggestions were very good. We had a lovely two-day weekend stay.

We booked two rooms with double beds, but were told they were sold out when we arrived and that the rooms could be switched in the morning. We waited all day for the change. When I went for the keys, they said they were sold out again and handed us keys to the original rooms, which hadn’t been serviced. They only service every other day, and asking for fresh towels seemed to be a problem. MARRIOTT is definitely losing its touch.
