I come here whenever I’m in town for business, and I’ll keep coming back. The place is spotless, fresh, and well maintained, and it makes a big difference after a long workday. JT, Ed, Nicole, and Kyle are warm, professional, attentive, and quick to help. They make each stay comfortable and seamless, with genuine hospitality. Getting around is easy because the property is right by the freeways. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, plus a grocery store next door. It’s clean, comfortable, convenient, and staffed by outstanding people. It checks every box for a business trip or a quick stop.

The Dallas Parkway location has been the best one we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Jordan, Kyle, Craig, Edward, JT, and head manager Nicole are amazing, as are everyone from housekeeping to the front office clerk. They’re ready to help with any problem or information we need, and they provide timely notice about updates or changes. 10 out of 10 service from everyone, anytime.

Our new house still isn’t ready, so I’ve just booked another 36 days here after our original month. Moving out of state to the DFW metro area has been tough, and a few issues came up, but Kyle and the staff helped sort them out quickly. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, and Extended Stay America has made the move more manageable. Thanks!

Some staff were sort of friendly, but they treated me and my family like we were beneath them. We were only visiting for about two weeks, yet they kept talking as if we lived there. That threw me off. The rooms were disgusting and horrid, so I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them myself. I’ve added some videos to show how bad they were. I’ll never stay here again.

The grab-and-go breakfast buffet disappeared in no time, and nothing else about this place felt worth even one star. I wouldn’t choose Extended stay America in any city, especially with kids or family. The first stay turned into a nightmare, and it’s hard to imagine anyone extending their stay here. We arrived with an infant and a toddler for one night, after a six-hour drive, on a rainy night. There was no bellman cart. The front desk lady said customers could take it and leave it on any floor, but she didn’t know where it was. At 11:30 pm, the roof suddenly started dripping right next to the bed. The front desk offered another room, but with a sleeping five-month-old and toddler, I couldn’t move rooms that late. The photos I attached show a dirty fridge, hob, kitchen shelves, mold on the bathroom door where you hang clothes, and a very dirty pool. After I reported everything and showed the pictures, the assistant manager, Craig probably, said he couldn’t do anything except offer 25% cash back when I asked for a full refund. He gave us a $28 refund and offered a one-night coupon. I’d never consider staying here again.
