Extended Stay America Select Suites - Pensacola - Northeast

The staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful, but I would never recommend staying here. There was almost never anyone at the front desk. My room floor was incredibly dirty, like it hadn't been mopped, the mattress was stained, and there were bugs in the bathroom shower. Ew.

The red-haired woman was very nice and helped with any problems I had. My first assigned room was dirty, but she switched me to another one. During my two-week stay, someone took $10 from my nightstand while I was at work. I'd spent $1,000 for the two weeks, and didn't say anything because it was only $10 and I was about to check out. If it had been more, I would've said something. Keep your money put away if you stay here, don't leave it out. They say no smoking, but people smoke cigarettes and weed there every day. I'm pregnant and can't be around that, and it made me really sick. My allergies were also bad, and my two kids were with me.

The only good thing was the shower water pressure, though the shower itself had mold in the crevices and wasn't in good shape. The whole hotel smelled terrible once we got past the lobby. We didn't feel safe, and only stayed one night because it was so late and we'd already traveled 9-10 hours. We arrived around 9:30 pm, but didn't get a decent room until after 10. The first was filthy, hadn't been cleaned, and had no sheets on the bed. The second room had no working AC, so we finally got a third room after 10 pm. If it hadn't been so late, we'd have found somewhere else. We were highly disappointed and will never book here again.

The front desk woman was really nice, but we left after two hours because we couldn't take the room. It smelled of mold and mildew, the sheets felt damp, and there was hair and dirt everywhere. The floors were disgusting. My toddler was crawling around when we found old dog poop on the ground. I took pictures.
