SureStay Studio by Best Western Pensacola

The location worked really well for us, with Aldi, shops, and our kids’ college close by. We came for a graduation in two groups, and having a suite that fit more than three people made that possible. The staff were kind and helpful, and the soundproof rooms were a big relief with an infant along. We didn’t want to bother other guests. The suite was clean and roomy, with a full kitchen. On the evening our visits overlapped, we all got together for board games. There are games and books in the lobby too. We also liked the walkways and covered seating areas with neat lights, chairs, and benches. There were picnic tables in at least two places, plus a gas and charcoal grill by the pool. We didn’t get a chance to use it this time, but we’ll likely be back for more graduations and would try it then. Would recommend and probably book again.

We’ve stayed here twice for visits to the T&W flea market, and we’re looking forward to coming back. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and it’s fairly quiet. Staff have been very friendly and helpful both times. Breakfast is good in summer, though the selection gets cut back quite a bit in winter. There’s a Waffle House nearby, though.

The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was nice to have. We enjoyed our one night at this cute complex, especially since it cost less than the other hotels around. We skipped breakfast, so I can’t say how it was. We’ll come back next time we’re passing through.

Really nice stay, with clean, roomy rooms and a kitchen. The location worked well for kids, too. I especially want to mention the staff. Miles is kindhearted and clearly understands customer service. Rich also did everything she could to make our stay accommodating. Great staff and an awesome stay at SureStay Studio by Best Western Pensacola.
