The room had newer flooring and looked nice, but it smelled like mildew as soon as we walked in. I’m also convinced the bedding hadn’t actually been changed.

We requested a cot for the four of us. When it finally arrived, it was stained yellow and brown, left outside our door for us to set up, and came without sheets. The staff were dismissive when we sought help, with no apology or solution. I wouldn’t spend money here. I booked a suite with two queen beds directly through the Choice Hotels website more than two months ahead. The key didn’t work, and when I finally got into the room it was filthy, with a clearly used bed and dirty towels all over the floor. There was only one bed, despite the booking confirmation showing a suite with two. The front desk employee smugly told me, “You booked it that way.” Even after I showed the confirmation, they said there was nothing they could do. On 1/5/26, after several attempts to reach both the manager and customer support, I still hadn’t received a refund or a sincere apology. I was told the manager didn’t even live in this COUNTRY and could never help. This was a horrific experience. Take caution and don’t book here.

We got a room that exceeded what we expected, and it was super clean. The front desk person was very friendly, too. If you want a great room at a great rate, start here. I’d recommend this place!

I checked in at 6 p.m. on Friday and found the room hadn’t been cleaned. The trash was overflowing, there was poop in the toilet, and the hide-a-bed was halfway pulled out. It was also the room with the broken window, which was open and had a flapping screen, in 100-degree heat and high humidity. A cleaning cart was a couple doors down, but I couldn’t find any cleaning crew. The smell in the room was nauseating, and the luggage cart was so stained that I refused to use it. The parking lot even had a broken window on a window. I went to the front desk and demanded a refund. The clerk was extremely rude and asked, “You want a refund just because it is dirty?” It was beyond dirty, it was disgusting. I hate to think about the safety concerns if people can just break into windows.
