We were on the third floor and could hear a lot through the walls and from the hallway, including people showering and flushing the toilet next door. The highway noise was louder than I’d like, even though we sleep with a fan on. The bed was also firmer than I prefer, though the bedding was clean and warm. There’s construction happening on the main floor, so it’s a bit noisy there. The room and hotel were very clean and smelled good, and the breakfast choices were good and pretty standard for a hotel. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Mrs. Vicky really looked after everyone at breakfast. She kept checking whether we needed anything and made sure the food never ran low. There was a lot to choose from: omelets, pancakes, mini waffles, sausage, potatoes, muffins, and even homemade salsa. It was such a delicious meal, I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The rooms were super clean, and the staff were kind and courteous. Thanks for making my stay the best ever!

The room was huge and spotless, and the staff were so nice and accommodating. I loved having free breakfast with lots of options each day. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area.

Don checked me in, and his customer service was one of the best parts of the experience. The process was quick and easy, and my room is spotless. The area seems nice and safe, and I’d readily book here again. The decor might not appeal to everyone. It has a laid-back, cozy look with woodsy neutral colors instead of the bold style of some modern hotels. I don’t mind it, and the room feels comfortable so far. I just checked in, but it’s been a pleasant experience up to now.

After a 16 hour work shift, I came back to find my room locked from the inside with the metal safety lock. I have to return to work in 6 hours, and this will seriously affect my sleep schedule. That’s unacceptable and should never happen. I’d been planning to leave a good review because the room looked pretty nice after the renovations.
