Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park

I’m in the area for work often and keep choosing this hotel. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are comfortable and well kept, and the entrance looks beautiful. Each room comes with two water bottles, coffee, and a steamer, which is handy. There’s also a shuttle within a 5-mile radius, a great perk. I’d recommend staying here and will continue to do so myself.

The people at Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park are what make it stand out. Rylan leads a terrific team, and Ryan, Bessan, Nate, and France have all been consistently exceptional. The lovely ladies in Caruso Market deserve a mention too, and they offer Starbucks. Everyone I’ve encountered has been warm, professional, and attentive, and the team clearly cares about creating a safe and pleasant stay. The hotel’s beautiful design and well-appointed rooms add to the experience. It sets a high standard, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I booked a night at the Hilton at Granite Park after planning a Valentine's Day dinner in the legacy area, and I was pleasantly surprised. Bessah and Savannah were a real highlight. They helped with the special room requests I needed, and their customer service was great. I’d recommend staying here.

For a recent corporate event, the hotel team made managing my very restricted diet so much less stressful. Shannon took time out of her busy schedule to work through it with me and consult the chef. Jason planned meals for my whole stay, and Sam and Maria went out of their way at every meal to make sure my restrictions were covered and my food arrived on time.
