Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas – Plano North

The location was convenient, with plenty of parking and restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby. Inside, the lobby was clean and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good range of choices, and the hotel was quiet and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly too. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The breakfast was one of the highlights, with fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins, eggs, potatoes, sausage including turkey sausage, and warm cinnamon rolls. The self-serve machines make each cup of coffee fresh, which was a great way to start the day. The gym has what you need to keep up your routine, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. This newer hotel is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully laid out. The expressway is right nearby, making it easy to reach dining and shopping. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team, especially Nikki and Abhi, made us feel welcome and helped guests with whatever they needed. Nikki even checked on everyone at breakfast. IHG hotels have long felt like a home away from home for us, and this Holiday Inn lived up to that. It’s a comfortable, reliable, affordable choice in the Plano-Dallas area.

Maria and Luz prepared a great variety of food, and the coffee was good too. I was impressed with how clean everything was, along with the staff’s kindness and attentiveness. We got a peaceful night’s rest and felt ready for the next day.

My daughter and I have enjoyed staying at this location each time. Nikki and Abigail were especially friendly and helpful, and I’d recommend the hotel. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants. There were a couple of issues, though. The a/c leaked in our first room. We reported it and were offered a room change, but since we were leaving in the next couple of days, we stayed. The breakfast was okay, but some apples were so overripe they were soft and partly rotten, and the fruit should be checked before being put out. The room had only been half cleaned, so my daughter sanitized it herself.
