For $56 a night, the premium upgraded room has been fantastic: a kitchen and very comfortable beds. We’re here for two weeks with our child and have been pleasantly surprised. I was nervous based on the reviews and price, and thought it might be shady, but it feels very safe and the neighbors are friendly. The staff are great, helpful, and welcoming. People chat each day in the smoking area in the grassy part of the parking lot. The place is mostly clean. You need to bring your own kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies. For longer stays, housekeeping comes weekly and changes the sheets, but not the towels. The laundry room is well maintained, and washing or drying costs $2.25 each. Just avoid the soda machine. It gives you a random soda like Russian roulette, no matter what you select.
The location in Plano was so convenient, close to food, shopping, and the essentials. Staff were attentive and friendly, and everything went smoothly. My Double Bed In Town Suite was cozy and well kept, with everything I needed. The layout felt relaxing and home-like, and the bed was super comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Plano.

The staff were helpful and friendly from check-in through check-out. I’d recommend this as an affordable, comfortable option for an extended stay.
Tim, the manager, is a jewel, and his staff are phenomenal too. This is such a spectacular place to live. It’s so clean, bug free, peaceful, and full of love. God bless this establishment in Jesus Name.
Teauna, the Floating General Manager, was patient, polite, and easy to work with. She took time to help and made sure everything was handled without making the process feel rushed or stressful. I really appreciated her support and attitude. She did an awesome job.
