Comfy beds, hot showers, great coffee, and excellent value made this a great stay. The gentleman who checked us in around 5 pm on 1/22 made it especially good. After a long, tiring day, his kindness, energy, and efficiency made us feel very comfortable.

For a three-star place close to shopping that allows pets, this is a great choice. I always stay at La Quinta. They're very pet-friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is better than at other places, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you!

Other than the recurring hot-water trouble, the stay was pretty good, quiet, and clean. The location was good, though the hotel seemed to be under repair. The elevator dropped about an inch every time I stepped into it. I was there during a cold spell, and the hot water in my room wasn't always available. The first time I told the front desk, they acted quickly to fix it, but it kept happening. I assumed they knew, so I didn't report it again.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind and attentive, but the property had a lot of problems. There was a crack in my room window, and the microwave and refrigerator needed replacing. Ladybugs were throughout the hotel, not just in my room. The stairwell carpets were dirty, the washer smelled of stale mildew, and the pool was closed for repairs. Breakfast also needs healthier choices.

The room was warm when we arrived and otherwise clean, though the couch and chair were old and dirty. Breakfast was okay. Getting around town and finding the hotel was easy, and check-in and checkout went smoothly.
