LivAway Suites Phoenix-Tolleson

I was here for work for two months. It’s a place where you bring your own dishes, pots, and pans for day-to-day living, and the overall presentation is good. People doing business stays can keep booking here, as long as the hotel doesn’t let the daily wear and tear get out of hand. For a new hotel, it already seems to be wearing quickly, and I noticed it wasn’t cleaned enough. They could invest in a carpet cleaner, wipe the surfaces, glass, and elevators every shift, and vacuum the halls at least three times a week.

My mom, daughter, and I stayed at LivAway suites for a while, and the staff were phenomenal. They were kind and attentive, answered questions quickly, and were flexible when we needed to extend our stay. The maintenance guy was fantastic and made sure our room was ready. The location is ideal for anyone new to the valley, with stadiums and shopping districts at both main intersections. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was spacious and really clean, including the bathroom, and I had no issues. It was quiet, and being able to connect my Netflix to the TV was a nice touch. The woman at the front desk was helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person. For Phoenix, this was one of the best affordable hotels I’ve stayed at. The place looked brand new when I arrived. I’d totally recommend it, 10/10 experience!

We like the idea of a resort that works for long stays, and this place passes the savings on to extended-stay customers. Nathan, the GM, cares about his guests and showed great hospitality. It was a pleasure doing business with him. We love staying here when we’re in town, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We’ll always recommend this gem.
