Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Manchester Airport by IHG

The hotel was immaculate, even the pool room floor was being scrubbed one morning. I came for a quick two-day break, and every staff member, including the housekeepers, greeted me with real smiles and seemed genuinely friendly. The hot tub was one reason I picked it. It's a little small, but was empty each time I used it. Singh was working the ample continental breakfast and was very attentive, and the manager was great too. I've come to trust the consistent Holiday Inn experience when I travel around the US, and this location was a notch above what I expected. For the quality, the price was the most reasonable in the area. The mall is right in view, with lots of restaurants nearby. If I were staying briefly before or after a fight, or between fights, I might have liked it even more, with the mall's hot tub and massage chairs or basic massages.

We had breakfast both mornings and enjoyed it. The food was nicely set out, and the dining room was very clean. Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed was super comfy, and the atmosphere was quiet. Front desk staff welcomed us warmly, and everyone else was kind and helpful too. We were very pleased with the stay and would come back.

Our flight was diverted to Manchester VT overnight because of bad weather, so we stayed here until we could catch our next flight the following day. The hotel was clean, updated, and comfortable, and the staff were all kind, friendly, and accommodating. My travel companions and I agreed that its complimentary breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we'd had. Thanks to everyone there.

A place where our family feels safe and welcome. My autistic son sometimes stims vocally, and it can be loud. In other hotels, people have reacted with odd looks, but here the staff smiled and waved to him. The cleaning staff were just as sweet whenever they passed us. We've struggled over the years to find hotels that aren't judgmental, so being comfortable here means a lot. We've stayed twice, six months apart, and had a perfect experience both times. Everyone is so kind and always smiling. We travel more than three hours to come here, and we'll definitely be back.
