Hyatt House Pleasant Grove/Provo

The room was spacious, clean, and felt very upscale, and breakfast had a made-to-order omelet bar. The staff were also kind and helpful when a situation came up during our stay, through no fault of theirs. They handled it with the sort of customer service you hope for, but rarely find at lower-quality businesses. We had an exceptional stay.

The spa was a favorite, and the free breakfast was way above the usual hotel food. We stayed a week for a wedding party, and the staff were wonderful. Brenda and LT were especially great, and Suzy at the busy bar was friendly and efficient. The only downside there was having to buy some kind of food with a drink. Fully recommend this hotel!

We had a great breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our very nice room, which had full amenities. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel is close to the interstate. We enjoyed staying here on vacation and will come back next time.

We all slept hot because we couldn’t get the room below 67, even though it had plenty of space for our family of five and our things. We stayed over Labor Day weekend in a room with two queens and a pull-out couch. The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast excellent, especially the fresh custom omelet along with lots of other choices. The pool was nice and warm, and the hot tub was one of the biggest we’ve seen at a hotel. The gym had a good variety of equipment. One stairway only went outside, with no indoor access to level one. They offered several conference rooms, though we didn’t use them.
