Homewood Suites by Hilton Pleasant Hill CA

We were told the day before that our room would be cleaned, but when we returned it was still dirty and there were no towels. It had already gone a week without cleaning. When we raised the issue, Danyel Fetterly responded with an attitude. The service was horrible, and I found her unprofessional and lacking customer service skills. I don't understand why she is a manager.

There are restaurants a couple of blocks away, including Outback, and breakfast was adequate. The hotel has what you need, though you can't buy beer in the lobby. Get a room on the front side, since the hotel is close to the highway and there's a lot of noise. I had no problems with a front-facing room. Excellent hotel.

The room was filthy and smelled like fish that had been hidden there for a week, not like someone was just cooking fish. It was the most expensive room, too. When I asked for a refund, they were rude and refused.

I got plenty of rest because it was quiet, and the food was wonderful 👍😊. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This was probably the best service I've had. I'd recommend it to anyone.
