Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pleasanton

We needed somewhere to stay quickly because of a vet emergency, and this hotel worked for us. The breakfast was delicious, especially the best crispy bacon we've ever had. The coffee was a little weak, but we were pleased with the accommodations.

Loved the room layout, and the whole hotel was very clean. I could still smell a little bleach where they had cleaned the tub, which showed how recently it had been done. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Jackie and Roxann were so kind and easy to approach. They helped me get through a really hard time, and I appreciate them both a lot. I was very pleased with our stay and would recommend the Microtel to my friends and family. Thank you!

I spent three hours trying to sort out a refund after the front desk employee, who introduced herself as Roxan, canceled my reservation without permission. I had booked through a third party, so I was on the phone with them to confirm the refund the desk had offered. When I eventually asked for another room key, Roxan said she couldn't give me one because she'd already canceled the stay. Later, the booking agent said the refund depended on hotel approval, but the hotel called me a no-show and denied it. Management now says nobody named Roxan works there. The room was in terrible shape. It smelled strongly of urine, both beds had clear urine stains, and the carpets were soaked from floor cleaning, making the odor worse. I couldn't believe guests were being served food in those conditions. The place was unsanitary and unprofessional, and the manager seems willing to make excuses to avoid refunds. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere.
