The front desk employees are extremely helpful and do their best to accommodate you. The rooms get a low score from me because pets bark nonstop day and night, making it almost impossible to sleep well. On the second floor, it smells like straight animal urine.

The bed was so comfortable and relaxing, and the room was nice. Customer service was really nice too. This is the best place I've stayed, and I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others.

I've spent the past 13 years traveling for work and staying at hotels in different states and countries, and this is hands down one of the worst. The beds are terrible, and there are no ice or vending machines. For the first four days, the key machine wasn't working, so someone had to let me into my room every time. If they couldn't get to cleaning your room that day, you somehow get charged extra to have it cleaned the next day. The hotel name says work kitchen, but there's just a kitchen with nothing to cook with. You can buy pots and pans at the front desk for an overpriced charge. There's no breakfast either. Mind blown. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $10 at another nearby hotel.
