The biggest disappointment was how the front desk handled it when we tried to raise these problems that morning. We were completely brushed off, even though we might have considered staying again. Management doesn’t seem interested in listening to paying guests or keeping things orderly. We’ll take our business somewhere else from now on. The children in the groups staying there were allowed to run through the hallways unsupervised late into the night. There was screaming and banging on doors for hours, and we couldn’t sleep. The same groups disrupted breakfast too, making it chaotic and unpleasant if you wanted a peaceful meal. When I tried to report the noise from our room, the phone didn’t work. I sent a message through the Bonvoy app, but got no response for seven hours. The eventual reply was a short, dismissive voicemail that didn’t address anything. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about getting rest or receiving basic professional service. What should’ve been a pleasant stay was a nightmare.

The front desk ladies were very nice, and parking was plentiful. Our stay was decent, though just okay overall. The room was a pretty good size and the bathrooms were nice. The AC blows straight at the bed, so it was either freezing or hot in the room. We were told housekeeping would come every other day. Since we stayed three nights, that should’ve meant one service, but nobody came. I called down for extra toiletries and never got them.

Stephanie at the front desk and Alejandra, the breakfast host, were fantastic on our latest visit. They went out of their way to help our swim team, and I’m so thankful. I also saw Stephanie make a special effort to assist another guest with a baby. This was our second year staying here with the team. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Highly recommend!

Atanly, our food host, was amazing. He greeted us warmly every time and made sure we had what we needed. Iola, Marisela, and Issac at the front desk were also especially nice and made the whole stay feel easy and welcoming. The location was really convenient too. We had a great stay.

We came with our soccer team, and the staff were so helpful about letting us use the common areas to set up group meals. They were really nice and accommodating. The rooms looked beautiful, and our double room had a trundle bed under the couch, which gave our family more room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, and there was a large hot tub. Costco was next door, with a mall and places to eat a short drive away.
