The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and smoke-free, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is generous. The in-room kitchenette is nice too, and they even said I could bring my bike into the room. Access is easy, with two BART stations and two major north-south and east-west freeways within a mile. The Ironhorse major bike and walking trail is also within a mile, as are Stoneridge Mall and Walmart, each about a mile away. Rates are great. The only downside was the dated large-screen TV, which didn’t support some movie options from my apps, so I watched on my laptop. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Hope the rates stay competitive. And don’t confuse this with Extended Stay America, which I don’t recommend. I’ve stayed here three times in five years. My first visit was a disaster, with bad breakfast and a dirty room. I came back for one night last year and had a positive stay, so I booked five nights this year when the rate was good. It’s now my go-to hotel.

The room was disappointing, even though we got the suite. The air vents were dirty and blew dust into the room when the AC came on, the carpet was peeling in places, and the bathtub filled up while we showered because the drain was hard to operate. The bathroom soap made my skin itch. The second-floor hallway had a horrible strong smell too, making the walk to our room unpleasant. We weren’t told beforehand about the $150 holding fee, which was frustrating, and the hospitality at check-in didn’t meet expectations. The location was convenient, right across the street from Tommy T’s, but this was our first stay and will definitely be our last. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

I’ve stayed at lots of HIs and other places, and this is now my number one. It’s a really nice place, so clean, and the staff are friendly. The bed is so comfortable it doesn’t want you to leave, lol. Guaranteed good night’s sleep.

I woke up to a giant rat sitting on top of my car, and the place seemed pretty dirty. The staff were rude, maybe because I showed up in sweatpants, lol. My coworker also got food poisoning from the breakfast. I usually book hotels a month at a time, but I didn't want to give them my money after that. I was better off staying somewhere else, so I picked a nicer place in Dublin.
