I never got to stay, so I can't speak to the rooms. I booked through booking.com for $48, payable at the property, but the guy there said I had to pay on booking.com for that price to be honored. He canceled my reservation and charged me $43.48, then wanted another $60 for the room. I still haven't gotten my money back and had to book another hotel, where the same process worked without any trouble. I don't recommend this place.

The parking lot was well lit, and there was plenty of light in the room. The front desk asked what vehicle I was driving, which made me feel safe. The room looked clean for the most part, had plenty of soap and extra toilet paper, and the AC got cold fast. No cockroaches, no pool, and no breakfast. There were some issues, though. I didn't like the extra door in the room, and it made me uneasy. Its deadbolt keyhole faced into the room, there was a two-inch gap under it, and when I shone my light at the deadbolt, it wasn't locked. The door didn't budge, but I couldn't tell if it was screwed shut. There was no smoke detector, exposed electrical wiring, and some outlets didn't work. The floor had a few dirty spots, including one under the sink, though most of it was clean. The AC fan was noisy.

If you have a service animal, don't stay here. The property doesn't allow pets, and that includes service animals.

Rose and Dev were wonderful hosts, and I'll definitely stay again. They were so hospitable, checked in whenever we crossed paths to see how things were going, and asked whether we needed anything. The rooms and grounds were kept very clean. We spent 10 days and 11 nights there, and every day was great, peaceful, and enjoyable.
