I had a great stay here. The staff were warm and took care of everything I needed, and my room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, too. I also liked being able to sit by the pool and catch up on work. I’d definitely come back.

Jake and I had a lot of fun staying here and felt right at home. Our guests had plenty of nice things to say about the service, grounds, comfortable rooms, and food. The bridal suite was set up beautifully, and the after-party arrangements were just what we wanted. Erin was a dream to work with on our hotel block. She communicated so well and handled every request with ease and kindness, so we felt supported through the planning and wedding weekend. We’re grateful to her and the whole team for helping make our celebration unforgettable.

The pool was amazing, and the staff were even better. Sofia (Sa-fee-ah) at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating. She made me feel welcome and safe. My room was beautiful, with a good view for watching the sunset indirectly. I definitely plan to stay here again soon.

This place sucks, and I didn't even stay there. I called four times over two days about a room block. On my first call I was transferred to the group booking POC, left a voicemail explaining why I was calling, and waited for a callback that never came. The next day, the front desk woman kept disconnecting me instead of transferring me. She didn't apologize, and on my last call she said nothing before apparently transferring me and hanging up again. So disappointing. I've stayed at many other Hiltons and never had a bad experience like this. Bad business, Homewood Suites.
