The location is convenient, and the friendly staff were accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the rooms were clean with modern amenities. I found it a comfortable, reliable stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pocatello by IHG, a good fit for business or leisure when you want quality and consistency.

I was here for business and the room worked great, with a dedicated spot to get work done. It was nicely appointed, and the bed was great, not too hard. Breakfast had hot and cold choices, and I even arrived in time for hot cookies in the lobby. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Anna and Jasmine made check-in a perfect experience with the phenomenal service they gave us. Our top-floor room was huge, with a kitchen, dining and living areas, plus a balcony where we watched a perfect sunset. The hotel has all the standard amenities you'd expect. This was one of the better Holiday Inn Express & Suites stays we've had lately. We'd highly recommend it and definitely stay again.

The service was horrid. The women paid to help me did everything but. I've had better customer service at Motel 6 on its worst day. If customer service matters to you, I can't recommend staying here. Try your luck somewhere else. At least when they insult you there, it'll be in a different language.

I accidentally left something behind, and the staff were great and super helpful about it. Still, I'm very disappointed and won't stay again. The pool was too cold to play in, the carpets throughout were really gross, and breakfast had very few choices: odd-looking turkey sausage, powdered scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and bread. The pancake machine and drink machine were both out of order.
