Hector made our five days in the Dells feel so warm and homey. He was around from early morning until late at night, quick to bring whatever extra we needed, and my dad got to chat with him often. I even borrowed a brand new revlon hair dryer after asking for one. We liked having a community grill and picnic table in the shade, where we made burgers. Across the pool, we could walk in and out of the woods to watch deer and admire the trees, and we spent a couple of hours in the pool too. Coming back to the motel after our outings was a lovely way to end each day. The room was set up to our comfort, and we slept soundly each night. The AC kept us cool in the heat, and the TV was a nice addition. I’m thankful for the visit, and we’ll be back.

The service was AMAZING. He was there to help from early morning until late at night, and handled things right away. He offered towels, washed our dirty ones, and got them back when we needed them. My family had forgotten salt and pepper, and they let us borrow theirs. We also used the community grill and picnic table outside on our first day. The room was really nice, with a good fridge, TV, and beds. The water temperature worked great, and it was close to the ice machine. Apparently there’s new management.

The owners were great to work with, and our room was very clean during the two nights my girlfriend and I stayed. We didn’t use the hotel pool, but it looked very clean. We had a great experience and would book here again if we vacation in the area.

The convenient location, affordable price, and friendly staff would make us consider staying here again. We were also able to check in a couple of hours early, which was very nice of the woman at the front desk. Our family’s triple room was spacious and had the basics: three beds, a toilet and shower, working cable TV, a microwave, and a mini fridge. The AC worked well and blew very cold air. It was quiet during our stay, probably because there weren’t many other guests. The office ice machine was handy for filling our coolers. I knew from the ad that there wouldn’t be a coffee pot, so I brought instant coffee to mix in a cup. They also had complimentary coffee in the main office, and we brought our own toaster. We were busy at the water parks and other activities, so we didn’t use the pool, though it was open. Some other reviews mentioned bedbugs and roaches, but we didn’t see a single bug, so I assume those issues had been taken care of. There were a few drawbacks. The room didn’t smell pleasant, and the sheets didn’t look very presentable. New sheets, flooring, and paint would make things look more modern and updated. I’d also have liked an eating table, but we made do with what we had.
