It's 37 degrees outside, the heat is completely off, and nobody tells you. My guest only needed somewhere to sleep during a visit, but there's no heat and no one cleans. The first room had dirty towels in the shower and no heat. In the second, the shower rod was broken and wouldn't stay up. The HVAC is completely off. The wall unit worked, but they won't let you use it to save on the electric bill. This is crazy and overpriced.

Fine for one night, maybe, but I wouldn't stay here long term. There was hair on the bathroom floor, stains all over the curtains, and barely any soap. It was loud too, I could hear people upstairs at 12 at night. This place was horrible!

The owner seemed nice, but the pricing policy needs work. I saw rooms advertised at $74 per night, and when I called they quoted $95, though they agreed to the $74. When circumstances meant I needed to extend my stay, they suddenly wanted $300 per night and would accept $250 for one night. There were vacancies and no local events to explain a price hike. It felt like greed, so I passed.

I really liked the small studio for my one night stay. It was renovated and comfortable, and everything else looked very nice. The problem was the sheets and pillow covers. They were dirty with yellow stains, and I couldn't sleep under those blankets. If I stay again, I'll bring my own sheets. I'd suggest washing the white sheets with Clorox so they look clean and tidy. Just a tip, because the bedding looked dirty.

The owner treated me like family when I was snowed in and dealing with a blood clot. I couldn't walk, so he called an ambulance and moved me to the first floor. He didn't pressure me to pay at 11, and waited patiently instead. He went above and beyond, and I was never treated so well. My car battery died too, and they helped me. I stayed two weeks and he gave me a discount. The staff were good to me. The motel was clean, and this kind place is the best motel I've ever stayed at. I'd recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much in a time of need, and thank you, God will reward u someday.
