The whole property was very clean, and the condo itself was great.

The view from Kahala 322 was amazing, and the grounds around the unit are beautiful. The walk to the beach was great too, which made it all the more disappointing that the condo was in such bad shape. It smelled strongly of musty mildew and felt like a sauna when we entered. It has partial AC, and if you can't sleep in heat, this place won't work for you. The bathroom was disgusting, the bedroom carpet was old and coming apart, and the shower leaked. It needs serious updates. We left the next day and did receive a refund from the person we rented it from. I'm attaching photos.

Friendly staff, fair rates, and a great location make this a prime place to stay. From what I could see, both the rooms and grounds were very well kept. I'd highly recommend it.

We spent a week here and had a really nice stay on the island. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the furniture was clean and nicely appointed. The master bedroom had a nice bathroom and bathtub, with another bathroom in the hall. The owner had left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us, which was a nice touch. There's no AC, but the ceiling fans were enough as long as we left the louvers open. We'll definitely return.
