It felt more like a laid-back home away from home than a typical hotel, which I really appreciated. Being so close to the ocean was a big part of the relaxing stay. Hearing the waves from the room was calming, and the pool area was a quiet place to unwind after exploring.
The bedrooms upstairs have A/C, which made sleeping comfortable, and having two and a half bathrooms was a bonus for five adults. There’s also an in-condo laundry and beach chairs, a nice extra. Open the lanai doors for a great breeze and ocean views, including sunrises and sunsets. A great spot for exploring Kauai.
We kept the windows open during our stay, and the sea breeze was lovely. Unit 4310, managed by Alekona, is modern and renovated, with quality appliances throughout, including a washer and dryer. There are expansive ocean views from every room. Poipu beach and the Mahalepu heritage trail are within walking distance.
This is our go-to place in Kaua'i. My wife and I have visited three times, and we keep ending up here even after looking at other places. One of our favorite spots to watch the sunrise 🌅 and see turtles 🐢.
The grounds are well kept and the views are great. The room was very spacious with a nice bed, and the location makes it easy to walk to the beach. The pool isn’t very big, but it’s nice and has a jacuzzi. The shower could be better, as some things show wear from extensive use.
