We keep returning to Whaler's Cove because it always exceeds our high expectations. It’s quiet and private, every room has an ocean view, and the staff are outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even loaned us snorkel equipment for the week. We’ve spotted breaching Humpbacks from our lanai, and the stream mouth next to the property is great for snorkeling. Two lovely beaches that are toddler-friendly are an easy walk away, as are The Shops at Kukul'ula and its terrific restaurants. Poipu beach is only a five minute drive.

The living room and main bedroom had a breathtaking view, and I loved starting mornings on the balcony with tea while in Kaui. Whalers Cove is also conveniently placed for getting to nearby areas and outings. The apartment was clean, nicely laid out, and had everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen, plus bathroom supplies, beach and pool towels, and snorkeling gear. The sea blue pool and hot tub were so relaxing at the end of the day. From arrival we felt at home, thanks to amazing accommodations and friendly, helpful, professional staff throughout the property. The welcome basket and birthday wishes card were a lovely personal touch. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

After leaving home in a snowstorm, my wife and I felt transported to paradise. We had an ocean-facing suite with easy access to the infinity pool and hot tub. Each morning we had tea and coffee on the patio, watching the sunrise, then looked for turtles below and whales farther out after breakfast. We’d wanted somewhere quiet and out of the way for a restful, rejuvenating trip, and Whalers Cove Resort in Kauai gave us just that, far beyond what we expected. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and easygoing, from the reception team, Marianne and Alexsis, to the groundskeepers and cleaning crew. It was a magical, peaceful stay. We can’t wait to visit again!

Waking up to the sound of waves every day made Whaler's Cove feel so relaxing. We watched whale for the breakfast table each morning and snorkeled with sea turtles every afternoon, no touching! The oceanfront setting is hard to beat, and sunsets were magical. The pool was wonderful, and the helpful, friendly staff were much appreciated. Great restaurants and shops are nearby, and Spouting Horn is an easy walk. It was exactly the relaxing Kauai vacation we needed.

We’ve been coming to Kauai for years, and this was our third stay at Whalers Cove. It’s still our favorite place here, and every visit has been enjoyable. This time we were in top-floor room 232 with an amazing view. The people are so helpful, it’s quiet, and the pool is amazing. Don’t hesitate to book.
