Comfort Inn Pomona near Fairplex

The free breakfast was awesome, with fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles you make yourself, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, and coffee. The room was nice too, but the toilet seat needs replacing because of a dark stain.

There was broken furniture, stained carpet, cigarette burns in the sheets, and a crack in the ceiling with a trash can underneath to catch water. The manager quickly offered to check me out and give me a full refund. They know this place isn't suitable.

This place doesn't merit the three-star price I paid. It feels like a two-star motel. The AC in the room was broken, and a garbage bag sat by the front door for hours. Breakfast was bad too. The orange juice tasted mostly like water, maybe 90%, with barely any juice flavor. The dining area was colder than outside, below 50 degrees, so we needed extra coats just to finish eating. On the second day, we decided to skip breakfast.

The shower didn't work at all, so it was impossible to use, and the staff were rude and unhelpful when I brought up my concerns. They showed no interest in fixing anything. The room also smelled horribly of wet dog, which was disgusting. Lights were coming off the wall, there were holes in the walls, and the light switches were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned before I arrived. The bedding and general lack of cleanliness made me worry there might be bedbugs. I can attach several photos to show the condition of the room. This property isn't meeting the standards I expect from a hotel listed on your website.
