Home2 Suites By Hilton Huntsville Village Of Providence

The king suite worked perfectly for my mom and me. The bed was so comfortable, and she even napped on the sofa a few times. The lobby, halls and room looked beautiful, and everything was clean with no issues. After I picked the hotel and its location, my mom, who's 54, said I, at 29, was officially the trip planner. Nadi made both of us feel at home. She was so approachable and helpful, suggested Taco Mama, and we loved the food and staff there. She offered to print anything I needed for my meeting and kept checking in. She felt like a long-distance friend catching up with you, and was just a great person. I've dealt with grouchy hotel night staff before, but not here. I can't stay anywhere else when I visit now. This Home2 Suites is at the top of my list. 100/10!

The hotel was spotless, from the well-kept rooms that were cleaned daily to the shared spaces. The gym and other amenities were useful, and the large free parking lot made things easy. Check-in and checkout both went quickly and without hassle, and the staff were polite, friendly and ready to help. Ms. Edyta Hall, the General Manager, deserves particular credit for her professionalism, dedication and attention to service standards. Her management shows in how smoothly the hotel runs and how welcome guests feel. I rate my stay very highly and would happily return.

During my two-week stay, whenever I had a small room issue or anything else come up, the staff were attentive, pleasant to talk to and did their best to sort it out. The front desk also kept a close eye on messages through the app and got back to me quickly. They always greeted us properly. Ana, Pooja, Marko, Nandi and Cynthia helped make the stay such a pleasure, and I want to thank them personally. The place is beautiful, and the photos don't do it justice. I kept noticing more, from the gorgeous gray and white flooring to the walls and the area behind the receptionist desk.

Nandi deserves a special shoutout. She was amazing, went above and beyond to make our stay special, and her kindness and eye for detail really stood out. Mike, Ana, Lori and Marko were fantastic too, friendly, attentive and so helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very nice. Great place, even better people. 10/10.
