The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. The hotel is modern and well equipped, with easy access and parking, and restaurants and shops nearby. My room was clean and nice, though the work chair and ottoman needed repair. I didn't use the outdoor pool. I'd stay here again next time I'm in town.

When I woke up after a night in Huntsville, my car was covered in about an inch of ice. I was on my way from Galveston to Dallas and had stopped to wait out a severe winter storm. The storm had caused so much disruption that my eight-day cruise was cut short by a day, and now I felt stranded and overwhelmed. Ram from the front desk had been walking around the hotel grounds, checking on guests and seeing who needed help. He brought me several tools to clear the ice, which turned a job I thought would take two hours into about 30 minutes. With his help, I made it safely back to Dallas. I'm very grateful for Ram's warmth and real concern for guests. It meant a lot to get that kind of help in such a difficult situation, and I want to thank him for being so kind.

The memory foam beds made it really comfortable to sleep. I was here for a work activity and enjoyed the stay. It may not be the best place to bring kids, but that suited my work trip just fine.

We came for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the customer service was amazing. Ravid and Debbie at the front desk were especially helpful, professional, and nice. Thanks to both of you.
