N'andi Moore at the front desk gave me excellent service during my anniversary weekend. She was helpful and professional, and took time to answer my questions and address my concerns. At 7:10 a.m., someone with a master key walked into my room without knocking. I can't believe they let this person have a master key. She found me on the can, and I'm absolutely appalled. I stay in hotels five nights a week and nothing like this has ever happened.

There was urine all over the floor by the toilet when we entered the room, and later we found the bed was badly uneven, one side caved in and the other raised. The morning was no better. We had no hot water, and when I called, the woman at the front desk seemed overwhelmed, said she couldn't do anything, then hung up. At breakfast, staff rushed us and said we had ten minutes left and needed to hurry. They did allow a late checkout, but that didn't help since we needed showers before leaving for my son's race. The sign says, “If you're not 100% satisfied, let us know.” I told the front desk clerk what had gone wrong and got only “Oh,” with no offer to help. The whole stay was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The lobby, breakfast area, and service were nice, with great customer service. The rooms are decent, and I appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge. The beds are really firm. A few things need repair: a missing handle on the bathroom/closet farm door, a vent fan that wasn't working, and a toilet paper holder that kept falling off. Other than that, it was okay.
