Homewood Suites by Hilton Huntsville-Village of Providence

Rebecca and Alex in the kitchen were wonderful every morning and always checked whether I needed anything. The front desk staff were polite and knowledgeable too. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant stay.

I’ve been a member for years, but this stay was frustrating. I was there for 20 days, and my room was cleaned only once and refreshed twice. They never made the bed. I complained twice that the room wouldn’t cool down, and no one addressed it. After work, I often couldn’t park at the hotel because other businesses had filled the lot. The room was outdated, and being next to the fitness area was a big problem. It wasn’t a good location for me.

We stayed about 3-4 days, and the room was spacious and nice when we arrived. My kids liked breakfast, and the breakfast staff were very nice. Andrew at the front desk was especially friendly and personable at checkout. He was the only one who smiled and greeted us; the other women would look up, then put their heads right back down. I appreciated Andrew’s kindness, especially since I was in town to bury my dad. We had to come to the desk for everything we needed, from toilet paper to bedding for the sofa bed. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Homewood Suites for around two weeks while moving to Huntsville. Andrew and Shannon were especially accommodating, patient, and helpful with anything I asked. Having access to a real commercial gym, Anytime Fitness, was awesome. A great place to stay.
