Candlewood Suites Huntsville Research Park

We’ve driven from Arkansas twice to be with my wife’s aunt in Huntsville after she recently lost her husband of 60 years, and we stayed here both times. The rooms and location were just right, and every staff member went out of their way to make us comfortable. Leslie and Dez were especially kind and friendly. You could tell they have genuinely beautiful hearts. I have nothing negative to say, and we’ll be back.

The people here made the stay for me. Jamila, Laura, and Dez were welcoming from the minute I arrived, and their kindness, professionalism, and care made me feel at home. My room was spotless, with comfortable furniture and a nice modern design. The whole hotel felt new, clean, and fresh. It’s conveniently located near everything I needed, and I appreciated having fresh coffee available around the clock. I had a great stay at Candlewood Suites Huntsville and will be back.

I liked being able to borrow board games from the front desk, and the hotel was beautiful. It was only five months old when I stayed. My one small complaint is that the room could’ve been a little bigger.

The stay was decent, but in our two queen room one bed was missing a flat sheet, and there wasn’t an ice bucket. The second shift staff member did her job, though she didn’t seem happy to be there. She never smiled and kept conversation to a minimum.
