Everhome Suites Huntsville - Research Park

Caleb made check-in easy for our family. He was knowledgeable and sincere, and took the time to check our room carefully. If he found something like a light without a bulb, he pointed it out and checked another room to make sure everything worked. He didn’t rush us, and when he didn’t know an answer, he found it. The staff are welcoming, and the building is gorgeous and clearly relatively new. There’s a gym, lovely decor, and a snack store. The suites have dishes, pots and pans, and even a toaster. University Street is just one street over, with food, shopping, and entertainment nearby. I also had a great stay at Everhome Suites, thanks in large part to Marcus Watkins. From arrival, his professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out. He went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome and had what I needed. That kind of customer service is rare, and Marcus sets a high bar. I recommend this location for a friendly, seamless stay in Huntsville.

Marcus was a huge help with my reservation and check-in. The room was amazing, with a sitting room, full kitchen, and a really comfortable bed. Top-notch service. Thanks, Marcus, for making our trip such a great experience.

There was trash all over the parking lot, and the area didn’t feel safe for families. Bugs were crawling around, and the remote had no batteries. Nobody ever brought any. The incidental holds were $100.00, and the hotel takes its time returning the money.

Marcus was especially helpful in pointing out the places around us I was looking for. My family and I got amazing service from the moment we walked in, and anything extra I asked for was provided without question. We’ll definitely be back!
