The room was unsafe, with the smoke detector ripped off the ceiling. The bathroom sink had no cold water, the broken desk chair and lack of bedside lights made things worse, and the greasy remote was gross. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn't hear the TV. When we arrived, the desk manager said, “you have wonderful room.” We stayed in July, and the whole experience was abominable. Booking.com reviews had been positive, but Motel 6 refused to refund us. This felt like a scam.

The room was small in that old-school way, but it had been updated, with lots of outlets and USB plugs on both sides of the bed. Even with it nearly 100 degrees outside when we arrived, the air conditioner kept the room around 63-64 all night. Yes, I travel with a thermometer. The room was spotless, just like the immaculate exterior and parking lot had led me to expect. A super clean, affordable gem.

The location worked well for me, with a 24-hour C-Store and a pretty good greasy spoon within walking distance. The beds were the best after a hard day's work, and my newly remodeled room was comfortable and, most importantly, clean. Nick greeted me with genuine warmth when I came in. It was a good stay, so I'm back tonight. Thanks, Nick. Keep up the good work.

Really nice room, and check-in went well. They have breakfast and the pool is open too. But those kids upstairs keep running around, and I'm about ready to scream.

For a budget stay, it might be okay, but I probably wouldn't come back. I was here for work and there were plenty of rooms available. The photos can give you the wrong idea: what looks like a nice room online felt like it had only been touched up once I saw it in person. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless I forced it, then took a hard push to open again. Sheets were changed hardly ever, maybe once every two weeks, if that. Towels and toilet paper usually weren't replenished either.
