The shower had great pressure, though the water could've drained faster. Our room was clean, breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff were excellent. I'd stay here again.

Breakfast was ample, and check-in went smoothly with friendly staff. The rest of the stay was rough. Room 319 had a filthy carpet, and the bathroom sink took hours to drain when it was half full. The mattress was hard and a bit lumpy, and the view was of a dismal area behind the building, with a partly broken privacy fence and trash lying around. The building also looks dated and in need of a complete refresh. In the morning, staff were a bit uncommunicative. I don't recall an apology for the dirty floor or blocked sink, and nobody offered a partial refund. I'll likely try somewhere else next time.

The beds were neither too hard nor too soft, and the air conditioning and hot water worked. Breakfast was great, and the front desk and breakfast staff were great too. The room itself was fine, but the hotel needs upgrades. There was a sign saying renovations were underway, though I didn't see any work during the five days I stayed. The stairwell looked like someone had dumped their dustpan there. They also didn't come in to clean day to day. Other places at least bring towels and toilet paper and empty the trash after three days. I don't mind going downstairs to get things, so I'd return, but it may not suit you if you expect someone to take care of that for you. If you're bringing a trailer, there's a gravel area behind the parking lot, and the gate was open to drive through. Check the map for your trailer's length and how many people you have to see if it might work.

I checked in hoping for a quiet night's sleep and ended up with bed bugs. The management response had no urgency, and I took home itchy souvenirs. It felt more like a low-budget nature documentary than a hotel stay. The hospitality was unexpected, too, in the worst way. If you're after “Bed Bugs & Beyond” instead of “Bed, Bath & Beyond,” this place is for you. Otherwise, bring your own hazmat suit.
