Cinnamon Shore- High Tide 243 HI

I've never seen cleaner rooms. The staff are really helpful and courteous, and I come here often. I've never spotted any bugs. I'd recommend this place!

The rooms are clean and updated, and the price is affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got connected rooms so the family could stay together.

The room smelled strongly of mothballs, the water pressure was poor, and the room itself was crappy. On top of that, there were problems with reservations and refunds, and someone at the front desk was rude. I used to mind less when the rooms cost less, but now they're $96 per room and the experience is disappointing. I visit this area once a year, but I won't stay there again.

Irvin was very helpful, kind, and respectful. The rooms were okay for the price, especially since it was off season and we got a Black Friday deal, but I wouldn't recommend paying more than the $55 a night we spent. Two mornings after we arrived, there was loud banging and construction right outside our room. The owners chose to address an ongoing problem with the structure outside right away instead of waiting one more day, so they asked us to move far away because the area had become a work zone. The replacement room didn't have the same basic amenities, and having to move just before we were about to leave was frustrating. Enjoy!
