Room 9 had everything we needed, including a good-sized bathroom, a kitchen ready for cooking, and even a little porch where we ate breakfast. It was super clean and tidy when we arrived, with the beds made and everything smelling good. We grilled by the pool, walked to the beach, and found a small restaurant or food truck, a convenience store, and golf cart rentals nearby. It’s a fantastic, well-located place in my opinion, and I’m ready to return. Melissa and her dad were both so sweet, and our room neighbors were really friendly, too. We found an affordable place to stay in Port A beach, and I highly recommend it.

That welcoming feeling keeps bringing me back to the Beachcomber. Lots of families and friends have returned for decades, and sometimes the whole property is filled with one group. People are so friendly that you feel part of the family. I’ve stayed in several rooms over the years and enjoyed every one, with a short walk to the beach. The hotel is no-frills, but always clean, and the beds are really comfortable, which matters a lot to me. There’s a pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and kitchens in the rooms for cooking inside or outdoors. On my last trip I arrived late, and Melissa had left my parking pass in my room and sent the door code ahead of time. She and her dad, Steve, are always kind and welcoming, and I’ve had wonderful stays here for a few years.

I booked this trip at the last minute, and it turned out amazing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, welcoming, and had everything you need. Prices are far better than I’ve found elsewhere, and the location is great, with good spots in walking distance. Melissa was such a pleasure to deal with, very friendly. It’s family friendly, and this is absolutely where you want to stay with your family. I’ve already told mine about it, and I’m excited to come back.

Room 8 was so comfortable, and our friends found the larger room 3 just as comfy. They had booked first, and when we decided to stay in Port A too, we were able to get a great room at the last minute. We were also given a very good discount for the week. It feels like an amazing, safe spot, and the rooms had everything we could imagine needing. We’ll definitely return for our summer trips.
