The self-serve breakfast was a useful bonus, with waffles, eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, fresh coffee, orange juice, and more. Our room was quiet and relaxing, with an extremely comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and a big-screen TV with lots of cable channels. Everything was clean, well maintained, and set up thoughtfully. The rates were affordable, the service was excellent, and check-in was quick and easy. It had everything I wanted for a comfortable stay and was great value. Highly recommended.

Our first room smelled strongly of dogs, but they were happy to move us to another one, which was much better. The room was generally clean and had no other real issues. We’d been looking forward to the heated pool, but it wasn’t heated as the website said. We were told it was being worked on.

I didn’t feel welcome from the start. The manager at the desk was rude when I explained that neither room key worked, and seemed to think I might not actually have a room. After several trips back and forth, the key issue was sorted out once the person who booked the room finally confirmed it. Inside, the room wasn’t very clean, the phone was broken, and both the WiFi and cell service were poor, so calling home wasn’t much of an option. The pool looked neglected, with cigarettes and plastic wrappers floating in it. There was also a cat-box smell from the room next door that needed changing. The location is the only good thing about the hotel. I guess I’ll stare at the ceiling until I’m back on the road.

The second room smelled like dog pee, but we stayed out of it as much as we could because we already felt like an inconvenience. That came after we found that someone had smoked in the first room, even though it was meant to be non-smoking. When I asked to switch, the employee was very rude. We won’t stay here again.
