The staff were friendly and helpful, and I liked how spacious the room was. The bathroom door was a problem, though. It took extra effort to shut and my wife couldn't close it by herself. We skipped the pool because it looked really dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned.

We had no issues, and the location was great. The person who checked us in was really nice and professional. I wish breakfast were free or ran a little later, but it was okay. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, though I was glad it was there.

It's been a chaotic week for my kids and me, and staying here was such a blessing because it was affordable too. I'm so grateful we could stay somewhere that cares about its guests and goes above and beyond for them. We've been very lucky this week. Thanking GOD for everyone here.
10/10
The rooms, location, pool, and hot tub were all excellent, and the staff were the highlight. Every person we met was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Whoever manages this place is doing a great job training and hiring people with such a high standard of work ethic. My main disappointment was breakfast. There wasn't any for guests, so we had to buy it at the little store or restaurant, and 4 bagels with cream cheese cost a LOT. Still, 9/10 for sure. Well done, staff, you deserve recognition.
2/10
I was here for a business trip on March 22, 2026. The staff were great, but the room was dirty, with stains on the mattress and an unclean shower. I woke up several times feeling like something was crawling on me, though I never found an actual bug. Business travelers, do yourself a favor and keep going to the SpringHill Suites on the same street. I've rebooked our employees there.
