The rooms are far behind the office, up the hill, and plants completely block the lake view. I’d misunderstood what the location looked like from Google Maps, since the address is right by the water. When I called to ask about it, the woman kept talking over me and repeating, “you can't check in until 3,” so we couldn’t have a conversation. By then it was too late to get our money back, so we booked another place and cancelled the lodge. The woman who took that call didn’t ask why, just kept saying there’d be no refund, though I never asked for one. So rude, and not what I expected when I booked.

We used to love coming here for lunch or dinner, but this visit left us disappointed 😞. The service dragged, the food tasted poor, and there were quality control problems. We ended up walking out. The owner or manager needs to step in and lead.
