There wasn't a phone in the room, and the TV in the first room still wouldn't work after I went to the office and came back with a remote. We waited hours for a second room to be cleaned, and couldn't get an extra towel for two guests. The service wasn't helpful. When the housekeeper finally came, she took a loud speakerphone call over our conversation, did very little cleaning, and left the door open while it was freezing outside. The coffee was gross and barely made, just for show. The vending machine had only two small, overpriced bags of chips. Roaches, too, and the rooms need a lot of maintenance. Trash motel. “Pics in previous review done”

As soon as the lights came on, roaches scattered across the floor, climbed the walls and furniture, and headed toward the bed. I saw them on the sheets and in the drawers too. The wood floors made the bugs even easier to spot. I went to the front desk to give them a chance to fix it, but management seemed unconcerned and handed me bug spray. Their reaction made it seem like this was normal there. It was disgusting, lazy, and dangerous. Regency Inn Porter Motels is an infested, filthy dump. Don't stay unless you're willing to sleep with roaches crawling over you. Save your money and go elsewhere. I can't imagine a car, park bench, or roadside being any less clean or safe. This place felt like a nightmare, a roach documentary come to life.

We should've read the reviews before coming. The room they gave us wasn't ready at all. They'd thrown buckets of water on the floor and were sweeping it out. “Roach motel” fits. I've never stayed anywhere this bad.

I've been staying here for a couple of months, and the rooms have definitely been getting cleaned up. The appliances all work fine for me, and I haven't seen bugs. I think they've changed managers. The guy there now is awesome and super friendly. It's a decent place for the price, and I really like it here with my dogs. There's a good place for walks close by.

A roach crawled on me. There were lots of roaches, and the sheets looked dirty and had burn marks. 🤢
