Madison Suites Motel

The manager at Madison Suites, Mike, I believe, is kind, funny, and understanding. I can't say enough about the customer service. Prices are affordable, and it feels peaceful for the most part. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

I stayed for two weeks. I found three cockroaches in my room and asked to move, but they refused and gave me roach spray instead. The owner wasn't rude to me, which is one point in his favor, though he wasn't very helpful, and I've heard terrible things about him. At $140 a night, I wouldn't recommend staying here. No thank you.

The rooms are a good size, but the plumbing made the stay not worth the price. Both the tub and toilet were so clogged that nothing would move or drain. They were so full that I couldn't shower or even use the toilet. Maybe the cost would make sense if the problem were fixed.

The check-in deadline is 4pm, but that wasn't disclosed. The woman who called was understanding when I said I hadn't known. I also got a bit lost, so a little diagram showing which building you're in would help. Once inside, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the fridge, stove, and sink all worked. The air conditioner was small but powerful, which matters in summer. I'll definitely stay again.
