Founder's Brook Motel and Suites

Our standard queen room was small, but completely fine for us. Anyone wanting more space might prefer a suite. The room was very clean and seemed recently renovated, and the grounds were lovely, peaceful, and well kept. I had coffee outside on a bench by our room, listening to the bubbling fountain and looking at the colorful flowers. There’s also a picnic table on the lawn under a big shade tree.

It has a classic old-school motel feel, and the little property was clean with well-maintained grounds. I stayed in June, and the rooms seemed to have been recently updated with a more modern look. The fridge was convenient and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was nicely designed and had good amenities. It’s easy to get to, the rates were good value, and I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

Our one-bedroom suite was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. The area was quiet, and the air conditioning worked very well. The sitting space with TV was thoughtfully set up with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The person at check-in was polite and helpful. It was handy for Newport, Fall River, and Bristol, and we’ll stay again when we’re back. One thing we’d read in the reviews before booking: there’s no TV in the suite bedroom. It didn’t bother us 😂

We only needed a place for one night and got a suite instead of a standard queen room. It had a small living room and kitchen area with a little fridge and freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The price was reasonable, and the setting was quiet with nice landscaping.
