Eric and Roz made us feel completely at home, and Bruce and I were so glad we met them. They were welcoming and hospitable, and we wished we could have stayed all day playing guitar on the sunny deck. The grounds were manicured like a park, with a stream running through, and we had a peaceful night in a comfortable bed, listening to water and crickets and smelling the pines. Our room was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and had plenty of extra towels. Fresh baked cookies were waiting for us there, too. Breakfast was outstanding. The pancakes were filled with fresh huckleberries and raspberries, so I didn't want to put maple syrup on them.

Eric and Roz are wonderful hosts, and it's a beautiful place. They're friendly, and the breakfasts he served us were outstanding, full service feasts. I highly recommend it to travelers.

We loved every part of our three-night stay, from the room and view to the breakfast, hot tub, and all the communication. Eric made each breakfast, and we looked forward to seeing him every morning. His five-star service and attention to every detail made us feel like we were staying with family. He's genuine, has a real heart for serving people, and provided anything we might need. We didn't want to go home. It's the best super host and BnB experience we've ever had. Jason & Moe

I first stayed at The River Cove in 2006, when we decided to visit Couer d'Alene, and it's always been dear to me. Eric and Ros are amazing, and the innkeepers couldn't be nicer. We eventually moved here, and now I'd call them friends. On our second visit, our family of five stayed in a room of our own, with the kids nearby in the next room. They suggested great things to do and places to eat. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. We've recommended the place to friends, and I'd definitely stay again.

The Riverview room is worth asking for, with the sound of running water through the night. Our stay was lovely, and we'll be back. Eric and Roz are wonderful hosts who bring coffee in the morning, a great breakfast on the beautiful terrace, and cookies in the afternoon. The rooms are immaculate and the grounds are amazing.
